Despite all the books I’ve read and all the classes and conferences I’ve participated in on zoom they just don’t touch my soul like being in the presence of other women participants and holistic facilitators. The high vibrational frequency that manifests when you’re on a retreat is for me, life changing. Frankly, there’s nothing like it. The friends that are made, the loving hugs that are shared, the information that comes at you because you're open to receiving, is mind blowing. Starts Friday evening March 24th 5:30pm-8pm and continues Saturday March 25th, 6am-8pm. I highly recommend staying at the beautiful hotel both nights so that you have more time to rest. Sunday we’ll all be home to integrate. Monday March 27th will be a scheduled one on one personal post-call from myself. I’ll listen to your paradigm shift and answer any questions with recommendations if needed. In preparation for the retreat, each participant will also receive a transformational quote from me each day for 7 days starting Friday March 17th. This will create an energy shift and prepare our hearts for the delight that is to come.

Ophelia Abrahams, OT, CHT Is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She is the founder of Insight Out Coaching and Consulting LLC. Ophelia has been practicing and studying Qigong for 15 years. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. She is excited to share it with the world.
Moira Anderson, CYT, E-RYT 500, LMSW is the owner of River Rock Yoga and Pilates in Ocean Springs, MS and founder of the MS Center for Yoga and Health. She has a Master of Social Work Degree and has been using yoga in clinical health settings to benefit the community since 2010.
Joany Gauvreau discovered the Art of Bellydance 20 years ago and from that moment her life was transformed, not only physically and emotionally, but it also awakened her feminine spirit. She is the founder of Feminicity® a way to access your feminine energy and the creator of the popular youtube channel by the same name.
Tiffany Kidder Is a certified 200hr Kundalini instructor from Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh India, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Reiki Master. She is the founder of The Sanctuary of Gulfport Wellness Center. Tiffany has a passion to help guide the community to self-care and healing.
Donna Papania Spent 10 years in the desert of New Mexico studying with and working for Dr. Vasant Lad, assisting in the Pancha Karma (Cleansing) Department. She taught Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle classes at The Ayurvedic Institute and served as the head of the Ayuryoga department. Sharing all of the deep knowledge that was shared with her is her passion.
Betty Sue O’Brian Natural Physician, M.S., herbalist, naturopath, Iridologist, and a teacher for The Southern Institute of Natural Health. Betty Sue uses safe and natural therapies to help a person bring the body into balance. She is dedicated to teaching better ways to eat, drink and ‘live it’ through dietary and lifestyle adjustments that provide good nutrition and proper exercise for the body, mind and spirit.
Shawn Chappell, CYT 300, is a certified Yoga of Recovery Yoga Instructor/Counselor who integrates the wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and traditional recovery tools such as 12-Step programs to overcome addictive and self-destructive behavior. She has studied naturopathy, is a Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho: Level Two Practitioner, and is a “Connected Warriors” Yoga Instructor which provides yoga for our veterans.
Jackie Castro-Cooper, MPT has a masters in physical therapy and is one of the first holistic, alternative physical therapists in the US. She is the author of, “The Power of Self Care/Self Love: A Physical Therapist’s Guide to Evolving Into Your Higher Self" and “The Power of Self Care/Self Love Journal Workbook”. She is the owner of Gulf Coast Myofascial Release and the founder of, “The Women's Health Forum” and The Self Care/Self Love Movement. She finds true joy in creating and leading transformational retreats that heal one beautiful woman at a time.
